Microsoft itself provides free online Excel, PowerPoint, Word. There are some steps to use Microsoft Office for free.

You have to log in using your Microsoft account to use all software of Microsoft.
When you log in this page will appear in front of you 👇👇
On the left side, you will see all the logos of software of Microsoft. Then you have to click on them to use them, all the software comes with the latest version and your work will be saved in OneDrive. OneDrive provides 5Gb of storage in the free plan where all your work will be stored.
2) Google Docs
Google Docs is the tough competitor of Microsoft. Google Docs is also an online free platform that provides all the software of Microsoft, but the name of the software is different in Google Docs.
Google Docs = Microsoft Word
Google Slides = Microsoft Powerpoint
Google Sheets = Microsoft Excel
