How to secure Facebook Account

 Most people are active on all social media platforms and they forget to activate some basic things which are very helpful for them. So I will be discussing one major point that all users must know and activate right away.

Facebook is a very famous social media platform and people spent almost half of the day sharing pictures, texting their friends, and posting pictures.

Two Factor Authentication is the best way to protect our social media accounts as well as our Google Account. Follow these steps to activate this amazing feature.

1) Open the Facebook application and then click on the settings icon.

2) Under the Account section, you will see an option for password and security. Click on it

3) Now scroll down, and you will see an option of "Use Two-factor authentication"

4) click on it and you will see various options to protect your Facebook account. In my opinion, you must go with the SMS service in which you will be getting OTP( One Time Password) when someone tries to log in or you may somehow get logout. 

NOTE: If you want to change your password, you will need to turn off this feature to reset your existing password.

5) By clicking on the SMS option you will now have to enter your Mobile No. and then one OTP will be sent to your smartphone for confirmation.

When you have successfully completed all the steps you will see this message.
